Warsaw Business Garden is an innovative concept of green office complexes. The developer SwedeCenter received LEED Gold certification for the building. It is based on the principles of sustainable construction and uses a number of proven technologies and pro-ecological solutions, enabling to reduce the cost of electricity and water.
For cooling, the buildings uses outside solar shading equipped with Sergé from Helioscreen and roofs covered with greenery.
Business Garden is located near one of the main traffic arteries of Warsaw, Żwirki i Wigury street. Ultimately, the project will consist of seven buildings with a total area of 90 000 square meters.
