Commercial Motor Industries (CMI), founded in 1934, is one of the oldest Toyota dealerships in Australia. Their new building covers over 500.000 square meters across four levels, houses up to 265 staff and took 18 months to build. To ensure absolute transparency to its customers the service department is completely enclosed in glass and also the showroom is naturally lit thanks to eight meter high panels of glass. To prevent overheating and glare Helioscreen Australia equipped the building with custom made solar screens in Panama 3, black.
